What experience level is this designed for?
The assessment is most useful for professionals with 2โ€“20 years of experience. It works especially well at natural inflection points: 3โ€“5 years in (first major career decision), 8โ€“12 years in (senior pivot or specialisation), or following a significant change like a layoff, promotion, or return from a career break.
How long does the assessment take?

What happens in the 1:1 counselling session?
Rekha reviews your report before the session. In the 45 minutes together, she interprets your results in context of your actual career history, identifies your 2โ€“3 most viable paths, clarifies what needs to happen in what order, and helps you leave with a concrete first action โ€” not more ambiguity.
I already know which direction I want to go. Is the assessment still useful?
Often yes. Knowing you want to move and knowing where you're actually suited to move are different things.
