A counsellor who has spent a decade guiding students, and an entrepreneur who has built across industries. Two perspectives. One shared conviction.
Rekha founded MyLaunchpad in 2019 out of a conviction that career guidance in India was too transactional — students needed a counsellor, not a prospectus. With over a decade of experience in career counselling, she has personally guided thousands of students from Class 5 through postgrad.
Her approach anchors on psychometric science — drawing on Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligence theory, stream aptitude mapping, and personality profiling — combined with one-on-one sessions that treat every student as an individual case, not a demographic.
Rekha has helped students gain admission to IITs, NIFTs, IISc, Delhi University, and leading international universities across three continents.

Raj brings a career spanning Infosys, Maersk, and InMobi — capped with a Ross School of Business MBA — to the MyLaunchpad story. As a multi-venture entrepreneur, he co-founded MyLaunchpad to extend the platform's reach and sharpen its positioning for the next generation of career-curious students and professionals.
